In other words, if you feel guilty long enough, you don't have to [[change]]. You've paid your [[debt]], you've felt miserable for so long. Your [[psychologists]] and others are aware of these things. Your culture is improving in many ways; and we are about the business of helping it change as fast as possible without violating the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prime_directive prime directive]-man's [[free will]].
