===Opening===

Ham: Greetings, children, I am Ham and again I welcome you each this evening. Tonight, let us discuss time and the necessity of patience. Time is very much a part of your inner make up. Most everything you think or experience contains a time element. Your very being is time conditioned. You minds cannot think outside of time except in a kind of abstraction which is not an experience. Nothing for you exists except with a time element involved. No reality, no thought goes truly outside of time.

===Lesson===

Most people would say time is somehow a problem - not enough time, too much time. Something usually is difficult about your experience with time, as though time were a obstacle to be surmounted or a problem to be solved. Many of you live as though you were on a clock that is rapidly running out, as though your lives were some kind of race against time. Begin to consider time to be your friend. Consider it as part of your being, as indispensable to your life rather than an enemy to be vanquished.

===Dialogue===

Q: I don't know how to phrase this when you were talking about time moving toward perfection, is time an element of perfection? I know that is a philosophical or metaphysical question, but are the two somehow the same stuff?

Ham: Of course, my son. Yes, you are doing very well. You are finding good balance in your life. Be unafraid of down time. Give yourself more and more space for rest and relaxation. Your balance is getting better every year and this is the greatest determiner for spiritual growth and progress. Be at peace my son, you do well.

===Closing===

Is there anything further at this time? Very well then, until next week my love and my prayers are with you each. Farewell.
