Seeing where you wanted a link helped me understand the situation!
I have inserted the link as one pointing to your [http://nordan.daynal.org/wiki/index.php?title=Ken_Wilber_on_Spiritual_Growth:_A_Christian_Perspective article] using this method that is what you used in the [[Ken Wilber|Wilber]] article that now references your article as a result of your edit. Otherwise, internal links require the exact details of its 'title' (see my edit in this message for alternatives) to automatically create internal links. External links on the other hand require 'http' in the url to function likewise.
