At this time I would give recommendation to study a bit on the Supreme Being and cosmic mind. I am not asking you to read volumes but only pieces that might help you to incorporate the concepts into your everyday living. Find time to have a few minutes every day to connect with Spirit. It matters not where you are in the physical environment only that you can work up to the mental capacity to block out noise and take in information.
