Changes

Today I had planned a lesson on [[joy]] and I think that it is very appropriate after this letter, that joy become a part of your [[being]]. Joy and [[love]] and [[peace]] are all a part of [[the Father]]'s gifts to you. Joy has nothing to do with what is going on in your [[life]]. Even in the depths of [[despair]] you can [[experience]] joy. It has nothing to do with what is going on. It is a [[gift]] from [[the Father]]. It is knowing that He loves you, no matter what. That you always have His [[love]], and His [[peace]], and His joy in all of your [[experiences]] of life. If you can keep [[focused]] on this you can [[experience]] it always. So my [[assignment]] is to [[focus]] on [[joy]] this week, not a giddy, giggly [[attitude]], but a [[confidence]] that you are loved and taken care of. Not something that depends on happenings, but something that is always there, you need only [[remember]] that you have it and [[focus]] on it, and your [[perception]] and your [[perspective]] will change.
