Focus is the key to all understanding.  Focus your mind on the highest attainable goal. Ultimately, the highest goal is God-consciousness.

Allow your mind to rest in the peace of God.  Let go of the worries which keep you from your highest good.  The journey is unnecessarily burdened with worries.

Sit in the Silence before Me, and hear My words.  Empty the self out before Me, and come as a little child for guidance on the road ahead.
