Lesson

There are many people on this planet who are designated teachers to others. It is also forever true that the teacher remains forever the student, and that every student is also a teacher. You all have much to teach each other, and also much to learn from each other.

Life becomes wonderful when the heart, soul, and mind, are open to receive and willing to give. Being focused in the ‘now moment’ is the greatest gift one can give to the self.

It opens up unlimited probabilities and possibilities inherent in life’s experiences, which can be of multiple choice, because of the human free will and imagination, if not bound and stifled by tradition and outworn belief systems.

If these outworn beliefs are not honestly looked at, examined and discarded, life can become self-limiting as one advances in age, rather than self-liberating, which one is designed for.

Accept all new experiences as doors to walk through, windows to see through, and in so doing, enhance the quality of life through proper choices and sound nutritional intake.

Take a deep, conscious breath, and enjoy life.
