Granted, this drought effects the outer areas as well, but the use of natural water supply is being dried up by [[values]] that are not compatible with those who need it. When you've become accustomed to a way of life, you think it is essential. You think it is not a [[luxury]] but a [[necessity]]. This is the [[animal nature]].
