I’m [[smiling]] about it, because for many years in my [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yoga yoga] training I kept on hearing a simple phrase that said "An attitude of gratitude is the highest yoga". Yoga is the [[union]] and you were just saying that the gratitude attitude puts you right into spirit and links you to [[the Father]].

I enjoyed this repetition in a newer [[context]] for me for the exact same teaching that I have been away from for a long time anyhow, and am appreciative that it’s going to a new level and it’s being restated in a terrific way. Thanks!
