We have repeatedly told you, my friends, that you are not alone in these activities and that the formerly … what some have called, from the western point of view, the "God-forsaken Communist countries … have never been God-forsaken, nor has the image of God ever been relinquished by individuals there, and they hunger for the messages that you receive. We wish you to know full well that they receive them, as well; that there are, within those nations and all nations throughout the world, enclaves and small groups which meet much as you do, experiencing first hand the revelation that is here on the planet for you. Even in the active communist country of China, there is a refreshing, renewed vigor for the Christian faith. And yes, it may be, in some ways, a slow approach to more enlightened revelation; it is nonetheless antecedent to great revelations that will come and yes, as you know, the yellow race is greatly imbued with spiritual contact. There is, within their gene structure, great receptivity for the unseen. They have been wonderful developers of civilization on your planet, not solely on their own but through guidance of the architects of society who have assisted them. They are very receptive to this. Their gene structure, their receptivity, is invested in many, many, many nations and cultures in the east. You do not have to fear for their souls, as they have that opportunity to participate now.

RAYSON: Good afternoon, this is Rayson. (Group greetings.) Thank you very much. It is a pleasure to be here in New Mexico. It is not much further being here than it is at "home" in Loveland, Colorado. Our venue is truly all over the planet. We are very pleased that you are here, from various parts of the country, that you bring different perspectives and viewpoints, different orientations to this meeting today, the purpose of which is to represent "our side" of the Second Revelatory Commission, where you can ask questions and receive answers. As was stated by Machiventa, the only limitation to your questions is that your questions be relevant to your life and to the life of other mortals, either now or in the future.

Randy: With the Adamic default, we hear of certain things going on now, generational healing, et cetera—Michael and Nebadonia working with us to correct our DNA. RAYSON: The Indigo children are a new variation of your species. They are not an obvious, but a logical development out of the species, the gene structures that you have in your organism. There will become enough of these spontaneous, serendipitous unions, to bring about the Indigo children that way. This will occur simultaneously around the world in several locations, and they will be unknown to each other until it is recognized that these children are different. They will not be born of the indigo color upon their immediate birth, but will come into their color in the months and years to pass. They will be seen immediately as ordinary children, though their variation in skin color will change greatly in the coming months and years. Then they will be recognized as being quite unusual.

So it appears that we are now coming into an era again, restricting our nutrition with the idea that now we have gained enough knowledge to know that we have to take "25 of this kind of nutritional pill," and eat "that much" raw vegetable, to attain good health. And I am a little concerned that it’s getting kind of "nutty," because if you have five people in the room, each person has read a different book on how best to obtain optimal nutrition status. Can you give us some guidance on obtaining optimal nutritional status, and leading off what I consider some crazy things going on?
