Repersonalization refers to the method whereby beings from other dimensions appear on a world in conjunction with critical planetary adjustments and/or in support of incarnating beings. This phenomenon is often confused with terrestrial concepts of reincarnation, but in fact, there is little to compare between the appearance of one time mortal cosmic citizens in various states of ascension and geocentric notions of reincarnation.
