Description

STAT-USA/Internet, a service of the U.S. Department of Commerce, is a single point of access to authoritative business, trade, and economic information from across the Federal Government. It is divided into two main ar­eas: State of the Nation and GLOBUS & NTDB. State of the Nation allows users to track the direction of the U.S. economy with over 4,000 current statistical releases and reports, including: * Daily interest and foreign exchange rates * State and regional housing, employment, and personal income statistics * Energy analyses and forecasts * Current industrial reports * And the Statistical Abstract of the U.S. GLOBUS & NTDB contains country and market research reports, including: * Daily international trade and U.S. government procurement leads * Foreign market and industry profiles * International energy and agricultural reports by country * World Bank publications and commodity price data * And the CIA World Factbook plus comparative tables and fields *Password required for access.
