Profound questions are invitations to deeper discovery. What I find interesting to witness is how such questions are resisted rather than welcomed. It would appear that comments attributed to Andrew are germane here where he says, "many of the beliefs that you hold, you hold as self-protective devices to give pseudo-meaning to your experience of material reality. You fear that to give up your beliefs would leave you with nothing. But to surrender them to the truth will give you more peace and light than you can imagine”.
