I believe Rebecca Bynum took the lead in organizing the conference which was held at the Convention center in downtown Nashville. My memory is that we had a good turnout - probably over a 100 attendees.

But my memories, unfortunately (for your purposes), are more personal in nature. I remember that Joe, Marc's Brother played a wonderful set of music. This is the band that Joe and Marc had with their buddy, Hags, on bass. They were fabulous and perfect for the conference. Opening for JMB were the Pierces, two beautiful sisters who also performed. I remember that old goat, Roland, could hardly control himself (on the front row) and I was actually fearful that he might sexually assault one of the sisters! Seriously, he was in heat. Fred Harris finally got him to calm down.

I think I was in charge of entertainment for the event. I sang a couple of songs as did Hal Bynum.

I also remember this was when Carol met Jim Evans, who had come over from Memphis to attend. They began a serious relationship and Jim became a regular attendee at our weekly sessions at Hal Bynum's, driving from Memphis each week. But that relationship didn't work out and we are no longer in communication with Jim. I'm not even sure he's still alive.

I do not remember much about the transmitting. I seem to remember asking a Melchizedek a rather awkward question about dying frogs (as a sign of environmental damage). Now I wish I had asked a better question. You don't get many chances to converse with a Melchizedek.
