Welmek is one of the earliest and most respected Teachers in the Teacher Corps. He began his ministry with a group in Indianapolis, Indiana, spreading his influence far and wide. He continues to serve in the Indianapolis area as well as significantly contributing to the spiritual welfare of the Northern California TeaM efforts.
