Opening

Ham: Greetings, children, I am Ham and again I welcome you each this evening. Tonight, let us discuss time and the necessity of patience.

Lesson

Time

Time is very much a part of your inner make up. Most everything you think or experience contains a time element. Your very being is time conditioned. You minds cannot think outside of time except in a kind of abstraction which is not an experience. Nothing for you exists except with a time element involved. No reality, no thought goes truly outside of time.

Most people would say time is somehow a problem - not enough time, too much time. Something usually is difficult about your experience with time, as though time were a obstacle to be surmounted or a problem to be solved. Many of you live as though you were on a clock that is rapidly running out, as though your lives were some kind of race against time. Begin to consider time to be your friend. Consider it as part of your being, as indispensable to your life rather than an enemy to be vanquished.

Time is the other half of space, it is an integral component of all material creation. All experience occurs in time. The Supreme Being, God of experience, is the Trinity reflected in time. Time itself is a wonder, a magic, something known and unknown, something experienced and yet not really comprehended. Time shapes mind as it exists in time, not the other way around.

All of creation in time and space moves forward through time towards perfection. All creation moves from imperfection toward greater perfection through the mechanism of time. By that reasoning, you are in a continual state of creation, always moving, always fluid, never a point on a graph, always in motion. You are always a combination of what you have been and what you will be. The joy of creation is continual, fluid, never stopping, never resting, always changing, always in flux.

As you grow to comprehend this understanding, gradually you become less prone to label yourselves, to say "I am this and not that" for you are becoming comfortable with your own changing selves, your own changing natures. In this state of continual change, you can be courteous to your past, you can be grateful or sad and combinations of these feelings towards your past, but you are not tied to it. Pull yourselves forward. Grasp the fruits of the spirit you desire and pull yourself toward them. Pull yourself toward your future self letting go the old bonds of the past.

Release your labels. Let them go into the past as you chart new waters, new directions. And, in this spirit, allow your close partners the same freedom and all those whom you know. Let them change. Release your labels. Allow yourselves to see them with new eyes, and most importantly, see yourself with those same new eyes every day. Let the past melt away and be replaced by new life, new growth. Don't be frozen into old molds. Let the past melt away and let it become water for your growth.

Have peace and contentment my children, for you are all moving through time and space. The old is left behind and the new is thrilling and exciting. Also remember what it is you are moving toward. You are identifying your nature with the greater nature of the Father. Step by step, you are identifying with him, embracing his loving kindness, his forgiveness, his tolerance, his joy, his all-embracing fair mindedness, his generosity. These are the divine attributes which become more and more part of your very natures as you grow in the spirit. Keep your eyes on those things before you and let go the things of the past. Make time your friend.

Are there any questions at this time?

Dialogue

Spacetime

Q: I don't know how to phrase this when you were talking about time moving toward perfection, is time an element of perfection? I know that is a philosophical or metaphysical question, but are the two somehow the same stuff?

Ham: Yes, in a sense, eternity is an element of perfection and eternity as it is fragmented or

Q: Dimensionalized.

Ham: Yes, brought into compartments, brought into segments even as the absolute is fragmented into space, in that sense it is part of the divine nature.

Q: I have always thought of time dimensionalized that it becomes a mechanism that allows us to become.

Ham: Exactly.

Q: And of course you would have to have space to become.

Ham: Yes, time and space are the basic elements of all creation.

Q: You know, to a child who is traveling, time and space might seem to him to be the same thing.

Ham: They are the warp and woof of creation. They are the threads that create the cloth. In that sense, they are linked together and are in a sense the same. There are beings, however, that exist in space and not in time. There are beings whose existence is entirely concerned with time regulation. These things are very mysterious to the human mind for in some ways mentally you can escape the constraints of time and space in the imagination. But, as thinking creatures your minds are entirely conditioned by the element of time and of space. When you break out of it in abstraction, that abstraction is still expressed in time and space. You have no other means at your disposal. Is this helping your understanding?

Q: yes, it is helping mine thank you?

Q: Is it reasonable to make a distinction between time in relationship to your personal and spiritual development in which there is nor urgency and deadlines and time in human affairs where there sometimes is urgency and deadlines.

Ham: Yes, exactly. The spiritual life should never be thought of in terms of deadlines and urgency. My point exactly.

Personal Counsel

Q: Ham, may I have a personal message please?

Ham: Certainly. But before we go into personal messages, I would like once more to speak through our transmitter in training.

Ham: Yes, children, I would like you to know I am very pleased, indeed, that you have chose this time to gather here once more. The time you give to your spiritual growth and awareness is a blessed time. Everything is in divine right order. My love is with you, always. That is all.

Ham: Yes, my son, be assured that you are doing very well, that there is not time when the intentions of your heart are not known. You are finding greater and greater inner security and you must couple this with feelings of being blessed, of gratitude. You have been given much. Take time to enjoy it.

Q: Ham, may I have a personal message please?

Ham: Certainly. My daughter, you life is becoming very full. Count your blessings and be at peace with yourself and with your past as well as your future. Have confidence, complete trust, that the Father will lead you where you need to go. Let this be the bed rock of your life's faith and be at peace.

Q: Do you have anything for Rebecca?

Ham: Yes, my daughter, you are doing well. You too must be grateful for where you are, grateful for your own growing nature, and your acceptance of change and acceptance of the sometimes painful nature of growth. Always look well to your heart. Follow your feelings and intuitions. Be happy.

Q: Jarad?

Ham: Yes, my son, you are crossing a great ravine and as you go from one side to another it may seem very precarious. Soon your understanding will find firm ground again. Embrace your changing nature. Allow that change which is necessary, that change which is natural. Be at peace with yourself and you will be at peace with everyone.

Q: This is from Norbert. Ham, can you give me a message about my trip to Frankfurt?

Ham: I will not discuss this earthly trip, however, I will discuss you soul growth and change in general. Be at ease, my son, you have great potential. Most of life consists in finding and releasing one's potential. Think not so much in terms of striving. Think in terms of releasing. In this way, you will find inner preparation for your earthly travels.

Q: Do you have a message for Charlie B?

Ham: Certainly, my son, you do well. Find peace in your heart by striving to see yourself through the Father's eyes. In this way, find love and acceptance for yourself first and then it shall follow for all others.

Q: Do you have any feedback for me this week?

Ham: Of course, my son. Yes, you are doing very well. You are finding good balance in your life. Be unafraid of down time. Give yourself more and more space for rest and relaxation. Your balance is getting better every year and this is the greatest determiner for spiritual growth and progress. Be at peace my son, you do well.

Closing

Is there anything further at this time? Very well then, until next week my love and my prayers are with you each. Farewell.
