Session

Opening

David, Sonja and Susie met for a long time. David read the transcripts from the last two sessions. As he read, Sonja and Susie listened in the stillness. This was a very powerful experience. We felt saturated by the teachers just listening to David read. After the reading, more talk, and gentle laughter, then came the decision to have a session. It was brief, but saturated with Alana’s love.

T/R: Even the monkeys are laughing. I bet Alana will be laughing, too. Hallelujah.

Dialogue

David: Beloved teachers, thank you for the joy we experience together here. May our hearts be always open to the joy of love, the joy of giving love away, with no demands, because it is so freely given by you. Thank you for your patience with me, and with us. Thank you for the experience of untarnished love: a love that I trust: a love that I have learned to trust. Thank you for the experience of teaching us to commune with your love in silence.

My prayer is that the love that we participate in at this moment may be shared with all of our friends, our loved ones, our beloveds far and wide. May they, too, know the experience of being loved, even as we are experiencing being loved.

Alana: Yes.

David: Welcome, beloved Alana.

Alana: So! it is the laughter of monkeys is it? (Yes.) Yes, celestial monkeys leaping about in the jungle, yes?

David: Yes. We can hear them. They seem to be happy.

Alana: Beating their drums of breathing.

Sonja: So you are not on vacation.

Closing

Alana: Beloved, swinging among the trees through the green spirit of the leaves. Yes, my beloved, this is a vacation! (laughter) As is your walking in the peace of nature, yes? (more sound of monkeys, followed by silence)

Laughter. (silence) Laughter in the stillness. (silence)

Joy. That is the gift that guides you to that perfect blend of love and life you call a vacation. Dwelling within. In the peace, the peace that passes beyond all understanding of the conditioned mind, the peace that passes beyond all the wounds of the conditioned heart.

Yes, beloved, rest in this peace, the stillness of growth. Celebrating the pride of joy that is the co-operation of mind, heart and body. The co-operation of wills, your will, God’s will, good will, the imagination’s will to love. Rest with me in this love. (silence) Thank you.

Is this sufficient to remind your taste buds of the sweetness of the love? Is this sufficient to satisfy the ear that listens for love? I love you. I love you.

Take my hand and walk with Alana into the pool of love and forgiveness. Enjoy the swim, yes? (silence) Thank you.

(Stillness practice.)
