Opening

I am ABRAHAM. Greetings. What a treasure we have here to be able to gather and create. We do share a great deal of comfort from knowing one another and understanding how to integrate the mortal and spiritual life. As we become more experienced, we can see the value of hardship and the meaning that comes from knowing the Father.

Lesson

What a difference any single experience can have over a person. Time is not so much a factor as is an experience or experiences. I can say I can track my advancement in the spirit by the events I have experienced throughout my eternal career. I can say I am different today than I was yesterday, whether that is bad or good, I know not. I am however increasingly grateful to know for certain that almost everything is in a state of evolution and the one thing we can count on is always there.

I am MARY, joy filled to be with you, my friends. I am with continuing hope and excitement to see you each make effort to master the mortal life. I understand that many mortals believe they are shaped by their experiences, but when they learn to embrace their life of the spirit, they learn that they can shape experience.

I have had so far a wonderful spirit career and have learned so much about Father and His many universes, but I am always drawn back to this experimental planet and how all the intricacies of life fit together. The nature alone on the planet is mindally expansive and leading us deeper into the personality of the Father. The more I know, the more I want to know. I feel fueled by the unveiling of Father’s plans and how everything works to show how well we are taken care of.

I do remember a time when nature was simply an inconvenience and something to be tolerated or battled. The more I knew of the Master, the more I knew I could adopt His love of science and work within nature and not against it. As technology moves forward, nature seems to be rare and some even believe it is in need of special protection. I can say that nature does take care of itself. What is in need of attention is education or enlightenment of how Father has made all things to work together and resistance is wasted energy.

It is easy to see the ideas that man desires most are seemingly out of reach. It is as if simple life is a competition and anything worth having is worth fighting for. As a society, working with the grain has been overlooked and the struggle is seen as commonplace. Father has meant for us to evolve and find meaning in the spirit. That meaning might be different for each individual. It is not up to any one person to define what that is.

Once man has set aside his ego, defining the meaning of life will not be such a mystery. I believe mortals have become used to struggling and this creates a whole new set of problems. Father has meant for us to discover life on an even keel, not so much mountains and valleys, not so much stress, health problems, mental and physical and means of escape through addiction of one kind or another.

Imagine arriving at a new destination, perhaps stepping off of an airplane in some new location on a holiday. What you do there is your responsibility. You can hire a guide to show you the sights. You can venture off by yourself and see what each new day brings. The fact that you are even there is exciting and something to gain insight from. Such is life on this planet. You are here to do something. It is your responsibility to find out what that is. You can struggle from worry about what is ahead of you. You can look for the path of ease or you can commit to learning about what there is to know and take in what is of value out of the experience.

My understanding is that as mortals, we would do well to get back to spiritual basics by finding the value in nature or what feels natural. How much resistance do we put forth every day and simply end up feeling drained? It’s not that we are searching out a path of ease so much as we are working within our natural means. If we view life as nothing but a struggle, then where is the joy? Where is the value and the reason we are willing to work so hard? When you constantly put forth so much effort, somewhere within your mind you are expecting some sort of reward. That’s not to say that is bad, no. Hard work does reap some sort of reward. What does that reward look like?

Closing

This week let us find the renewed relationships with Father and the gifts of nature that are available. Continue to find time to study and have stillness. We are, as always, excited to be coworkers and friends. You do our hearts and minds good. As always, our love goes with you. Until next time, shalom.
