Dialogue

Vince: Monjoronson, may I ask you something?

Monjoronson: Of course you may, and it is a great pleasure to be of service.

Vince: Thanks. I thought you were going to be a real pain in the arse to channel with, because I’ve read quite a bit of your work through others and it always struck me as a bit dry for my taste, and littered with labels which are, shall we say ‘Urantia Book’ complicated.

But it’s turning out to be different to that, and a very light and likeable experience; like I was chatting with a mate. Do you wish to comment on that, both for my benefit, and that of the readers?

Monjoronson: Yes, I’d like to. Channelling is a complex business, and channelling partners of suitable quality in your dimension don’t grow on trees. When we of the Spiritual Hierarchy go looking for potential partners, they come as a result of having been through certain processes, such as an Urantia Book discussion group, or other forums, or development groups.

Therefore, they will have a certain mindset according to their developmental path, and you will be aware that I have called for a formalised structure for some new groups, that we may make further progress in developing new channellers and others to help with my mission. There are quite a number of followers of ‘Old Monjoronson’ who are knowledgeable of the terms and structures laid out in the Urantia Book, which is a good guide to the layout of all that is, and so we have to explain things using that terminology.

In your case, you have a very laid back approach to channelling, and a couple of months ago I watched you as you were taking some notes from my dear friend S333, and there you were sat on a wooden bench in a busy shopping mall, writing down his words on the back of your shopping list.

You see, as well as reaching the more intellectual members of your society, I also have to reach what can only be described as ‘plain ordinary people’, and these are the most difficult to get to. There are so many distractions in your world and so few of you who have come to know us of the Spiritual Hierarchy, that it was refreshing to find that you and I could probably work together in this. And so I have found it to be quite fun explaining things in simple ways which your people will understand.

Vince: Are you calling me a simpleton? (smile)

Monjoronson: Of course not, but your present human personality is not that of an intellectual, and I am glad of that because it will help me to reach a certain type of people.

I am going to come and live among you quite anonymously, and I have said that I will live together with families, because I need the experience of such life, for I can better serve humanity in that way.

Vince: Trying to tap me for some lodgings are you, Mister? (smile)

Monjoronson: Are you offering?

Vince: You have called my bluff Sir!!!

Monjoronson: Then let me continue.

Nobody here wants to have a ‘holy moly’ experience with you ones, where God and His staff are venerated. The higher you rise spiritually, the more humility you will gain, and we here are exceptionally humble. We don’t need personalised number plates, and we certainly don’t want to be bowed to. It is to you all we must bow, and we shall bathe your feet when the opportunity arises. We are here to be of service to humanity, and the ‘holy moly’ serves no useful purpose.

If you ones respect me, then I shall respect you. If you disrespect me, I shall be disappointed, but I shall still respect you, and I hope one day to engage you in a conversation where you can get to know me, and I would like to engage you with my Teaching Mission where I would like to educate you as to the ways of the Spirit and the nature of Creation; and how best to behave in order to build a caring and loving new civilisation based on spirituality and not materialism.

Closing

And so you find ‘Old Monjoronson’ to be less of a pain than you thought?

Vince: More like no pain at all; very light on the reins, or the gas pedal; and nice to hang out with.

Monjoronson: Well, thank you young man, I appreciate the comments and I look forward to working with you in the coming times.

This is Monjoronson of the Spiritual Hierarchy telepathically in conversation with Vince this day of 9th June 2010.
