Rael: “Today I want to talk with you about meditation. Listen carefully. There are many meditation techniques. Each person should find a way to enter into Stillness. It seems difficult because the mind is fragmented. Many thoughts come and go. There is a lot of inner noise. Mostly these thoughts are repetitions of stuff which you have had in mind for years. Does this tell you something? Do you still have the same unresolved issues?

“Let us consider two ways to meditate: Reflective meditation and Stillness meditation. When you have a problem or a decision to make, reflective meditation is advised. Sit quietly and go within yourself. Try to spend a few minutes just breathing deeply. Give no mind to what happens inside or outside, always come back to your breathing. Feel how the air flows, in and out. Be aware, aware that you are alive.

“Once you mind is calm, ask yourself ‘how do I solve this issue?’ Consider pros and cons. Consider what you have brought to your life. Consider similar situations from your past. Consider who may be affected by your decisions or actions. See all this from a third person point of view. See all this from above in order to have a grasp on the past, present and future, and also causality.

“After obtaining a clearer idea, use your creative intelligence and devise the steps you need to take, and make your decision. Remember to ask for help. There is a Guide of great wisdom within you, always trying to help. Ask for wisdom. Ask your Divine Presence for help with this process. He/She knows so much more about you than you yourself do.

“Stillness meditation is just receiving, coming to the presence of the Father, being one with the Source. It is nourishment for the soul. Just breathe. Feel the flow of Divine Prana (life energy). Relax. Be silent, be still. Feel the Father in you. Feel His unconditional love. No movement, no emotions, no thoughts. No desires, because you already have it all. Let your soul and your being worship, adore. Let perfection become a reality in you.”
