MICHAEL: Peace be upon you, my beloved children! This is Michael. Yes, my children, drink in this peace. Drink in my love. As you make contact with Spirit within, know that my presence is also growing within you. You are expanding in the mind of Spirit. You are all being prepared in various ways to be of greater usefulness to your Mother and me during this time of change. It brings me great joy to see you gathered here as brothers and sisters who seek the inner realm—who actively strive to do the Father’s will.

Sometimes this is very challenging during these times of change. Many, so many of my children of this world truly are still unconscious as to this internal dimension of their beings that come in contact with them each and every day. So I invite you to expand yourselves in ME that you may carry more of this spiritual charge within your beings to share with your brothers and sisters when you interact with them—sharing love, being kind, patient and tolerant with them.

You have made it through another year of vigorous life on Urantia. As your calendar turns another page to a new year, I hope you are all seeking those adventures in the upcoming year that will provide you with more growth and more opportunities to share love and light with the members of your Earth family. As you drink in my presence and essence today, know that you are being better equipped to carry my signal of love to your brothers and sisters. It will indeed fill your hearts with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction when you are thus engaged in this type of service ministry regardless of how many you touch or the depth to which this service is provided. All acts of loving kindness are registered within the cosmos, within those areas of the cosmic mind that are expanding in spiritual beauty and intellectual glory.

My message to you today is brief. I will yield the floor to others who wish to address you today. My encouragement for you for this upcoming year is to be bold in your sharing of love with your brothers and sisters. Take greater risks outside of your comfort zone that you may follow the inner promptings with more assurance and relish that you are indeed being put to good use. My children are being made ready to awaken, and as this spiritual pressure increases upon the Urantia, there will be no end to the opportunities you have to share and minister love to my children—your brothers and sisters. So walk with courage, confidence into this new year. Let your credo be one of loving service—dedicated attention to those in need. Above all else, deepen your love for yourself, for our Paradise Father, and for your Earth brothers and sisters.

I will leave you now and yield the floor to another who wishes to address you. I leave you in my peace and my tender affection that you may call upon it anytime when your own spiritual reserves are depleted. I AM THE COMFORT OF THE AGES. I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE. I AM THE PEACE THAT PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING. I do respond to each one of you when you call out for me as your Father. Happy New Year, my beloved children! May it be a happy one indeed that you truly savor and enjoy. Good afternoon.

Hope

SERENA: Greetings one and all. My name is Serena, and I am commissioned by our Magisterial Son to act in his stead to address you today to bring you all a message of HOPE. What is hope? Each one of you will relate to this ideal in your own way. Yet there is an intellectual identification with this idea of yearning for a better future.

So, today I invite you to let the energy—the spiritual energy—that comprises this ideal you know as HOPE to penetrate and permeate more deeply into your psyches. This is, you might say, a spiritual commodity that you can share with your brothers and sisters. So many of this world are bereft of hope. They allow their thoughts to gravitate toward scenarios of destruction, doom and chaos, but you, who know the reality of the Father, know that there are passing phases in the temporal scheme of reality where it appears that something is occurring that seems to have a destructive nature to it. But the creative forces of the universe never destroy without bringing in something new to replace it. It is this quality of HOPE—this idea and ideal of hope that helps you weather the storm and to secure within your hearts that tether of FAITH, encouraging you to trust in the love and the plans of the Father.

Let me minister in your minds now. Let this energy of HOPE resonate upon your souls. Your minds have been prepared to receive this endowment. We invite you to open yourselves as fully as you can that this would imprint upon your minds, move within your hearts, leave that indelible mark upon your souls that you may truly know of the validity of the goodness of the Father and of the trajectory of Urantia into the circuits of light and love. Focus on this word now. Feel your desire for this to penetrate into your minds as we minister to you now. (Pause)

Allow HOPE to also combine with the energies of Michael’s PEACE—that these two spiritual attributes would indeed secure your foundation in the reality of FATHER, heightening those circuits within your mind that are of a higher vibrational nature or frequency to keep you in the energies as you move about your day. Let it reach new depths in your being ever advancing your understanding and feelings of security in FATHER who keeps you in His watchcare and His inner presence in your hearts. (Pause)

The ways and will of the Father are slowly but surely being more well-comprehended by the citizens of this world. There is a growing faction of individuals who are truly desirous of learning these ways of the universe and Father’s creative plan. While it is important to understand the laws and principles of universe operation, the inner reality of love and sharing—of compassion and forgiveness, tolerance and patience—these qualities are what will truly heal this world. You are all invited into the presence of the Father to drink deeply of these attributes that He may share information within your minds to help you serve in love without recognition, without thought of what it means for your own development. You are all being gently guided into the range of a greater self-awareness, beyond the need for the individual into the needs of the many.

I will pause here now if you wish to engage your thoughts in more of a sharing of what you feel in your hearts, or if you have any questions you would wish to address to me now. Let us take this time to discourse one amongst the other. I would be delighted to hear what is on your minds and hearts.

Dialogue

Distortion

Student: Serena, it is indeed an honor to be in your presence. I have had a concern over some period of time regarding the dissonance or perceived distortions in transmissions from various individuals. It has confounded me to no end. It is a bit impossible for me to understand how this can be happening. Can you assist me in obtaining some clarity so that my human mind can come to some degree of peace as to why this dissonance and distortion occurs with regards to the dissemination of spiritual truths through the T/R process on the planet?

SERENA: M, I am sure that you ask this question not only for yourself, but for many who have harbored similar queries within their hearts. We have been observing the dissemination of information that has been uttered by those who feel they are responding to inner leadings.

As you know, the truth contained within any particular transmission must be discerned by the individual who is perceiving—the hearer. Many factors come into play. First and foremost is free will—the free will choice to perceive this information, the free will choice to share publicly what was received. In this time of transition and transformation there is a great degree of mercy extended to those individuals who share this information. We do not become encumbered by those discussions at the human level of what is true and real and what is not. But for those who earnestly and sincerely seek the truth, we do strive and have had some degree of success in helping those individuals perceive the validity of what is being conveyed.

Michael, in his wisdom, is allowing his children a great deal of experimentation in making contact with celestial beings. What has confounded you is merely some individuals perceiving in a place where is there mixed message, you might say—the mind of truth existing alongside the mind that is retaining error. Is it not more advantageous to an individual’s spiritual growth to give individuals the opportunity to discern in their own hearts and minds what is real—what seems or feels true to them? We could, as you say, simply pull the plug on this, but what good would that do? It is as if you are coming to us and asking us to be the authority here, and yet this is something that we are trying to help you turn the tables--become your own inner authority based on the discernment that you take to the Father within you.

Does it cause confusion within the human mind? Yes, of course it does! Are some people adversely impacted by this information? Yes, we acknowledge this. The greater gain to be hand here is to help people move from the authority of the external individual saying yea or nay as to the truth of any transmission, to coming into a deeper relationship and union with the inner authority, which of course takes more effort and practice. You are outworking many old habits from what you have developed on your own, and some are based on many factors of social and cultural conditioning.

I am not suggesting that this is an easy thing to take within and discern, for did not the Master Himself spend many hours in discerning what was true and real within his own heart? It would not be necessarily be any easier for you. It may be even more difficult as His Adjuster was perhaps more experienced than some of the children who are indeed receiving and reading this information.

Have compassion for these brothers and sisters who do strive but yet fall short of the truth content that their helpers are trying to convey. Be gentle in helping them look at this from a longer range perspective. I will pause here and ask if this has satisfied you or if you wish me to elaborate on this to any further length.

Student: Thank you. Your words have served to confirm my own thinking on this—that my thinking is consistent with what you suggested. I do have a question regarding my personal responsibilities to one of these children who is sincere in his desires to be of service. I know you know who it is. You also know of my involvement with this individual with regards to the human institution that is designed to further the work of you and the Magisterial Son. May you please provide me with some personal advice as to how I would interact with my beloved brother with regards to difficulties and distortions that may be present in his attempts to discern the truth and disseminate that to others on this planet?

SERENA: Most certainly. Before you engage in any type of outward communication to this individual or any other individual where there may be some resistance to what you convey, spend a concerted amount of time in communing with the Father—your own indwelling Father Fragment, and also ask to have that Adjuster-to-Adjuster liaison with your sibling. Spend time as you pray within, communicating within, and ask for your mind—your awareness—to be heightened that the words you need to convey can be perceived by him and his soul. You wish to convey these words that will touch his soul and his heart. The mindal constructs that you walk around will yield better fruits when you make that appeal to his soul and spirit. This is an activity that anyone of you can engage in when you have to touch upon a delicate matter or potential conflict.

The Father within that individual is aware of the conditions of that person’s mind—the person’s thoughts and feelings—the emotional component, which is so seldom taken into consideration of how stable is a person’s emotions. The Father within knows. This is not something that you can necessarily perceive on your own. But when you spend time in this Adjuster-to-Adjuster liaison it may convey into your own mind a little bit more understanding and a deeper level of compassion so that when you do use words they all come from the Father. Set up this circuit in your own stillness time, and do not engage in conversation until you feel the Father within you has given you the green light, as you say. Then be not afraid or reticent that you will have the words that will strike that chord of understanding in your brother. Let this be somewhat of an experiment for you that you get to play with this idea of communicating at this higher spiritual level. Does this help, my brother?

SERENA: I am very happy to offer this counsel to you, my brother.

Patience

As your world open the eyes of her heart to the universe, there will be more, you might say, turmoil and misperceptions within the human mind. This is a parting of the ways. Michael, in His mercy and compassion, is taking into consideration how this world has paid a price for its participation in the Lucifer Rebellion. The currents of change are happening at a pace to maintain the structure and semblance of civilization. That which is good and beneficial to the divine creative plan will be maintained. But there will be a period of time when there will be confusion and a lack of understanding. So it is important for you to go deep within and to intuit through the mind of Michael the far-seeingness of his plan. You will not perceive all of what He has to share with this world, but you may be so fortunate as to begin to pick up on those impressions of how this Correcting Time will continue apace.

We invite you to settle into this energy of HOPE, and use this when your own mind falters, when your own hearts seem to grow weary with how your brothers and sisters respond to the changing of the guard, as you say. Never lose HOPE. Let this HOPE be a strong tether in your hearts to gladden you that Michael is ministering to your mind, changing the face of consciousness, and His hand is steering this world back home to the universe family.

It really truly is a time of great joy and celebration. We wish you to join with us on a daily basis into this joy and celebration for it will also stimulate and strengthen your hope. You might find that there are other delights that you perceive along the way, but I will not speak of them for they are truly soul attainments that you will so richly cherish. Before I take my leave, are there any other questions or comments?

Student: One thing on my mind is impatience. It’s been some years since we’ve been advised of the presence of the Magisterial Son. Those of us aware of His presence and participated in whatever level we can in furtherance of the goals, I’m continually waiting. When will this occur? Will this occur in my lifetime? Those are my thoughts. I appreciate so much that this is not for me to decide. Those still are thoughts that occupy my human mind. In the suggestions you have given today are helpful and address that. Is there anything more you can say on the importance of maintaining patience?

SERENA: Patience is truly a matter of maintaining a farsighted quality of the Father’s creative plan. It is not something that the human mind bears naturally. You must constantly battle your own desires and needs against the greater reality of creation. Therefore, one of the most helpful exercises is to come into that unified mind of ONENESS with the Father and all creation. You said yourself earlier that you are learning that there is no separation. The more you feel this unified ONENESS with creation, it will broaden your perspective. It will help you begin this love affair with the farsightedness of Michael and the Paradise Father. For when you begin to adopt an eternity perspective, as you let go of the temporal viewpoint, it will help you see that your own wants and desires truly are insignificant and immature juxtaposed the greater need of creation.

Ask the Father within you to help you develop that farsightedness—to see creation through His eyes instead of your own. Always defer to the Father when you have these types of human concerns and questions that He may afford you a greater breadth and depth of His creative plan. You will begin to see in the larger and more meaningful way than you have previously construed.

So as time goes on, this patience urgency will yield. You will feel yourself slowing down even more and not engaging your mind in those kinds of future thinking, helping you stay more in the moment of NOW wherein all things can become known based upon your level of understanding receptivity. When you feel this urgency of impatience, turn to the Father and ask to see a little bit more through the eyes of His design—through the eyes of ONENESS that you may enjoy that design perspective as it nourishes your soul.

I hope this has answered your question and has given you something to use as a technique when you feel this pressing urgency upon you.

SERENA: My dear brothers and sisters, I leave you today in the PEACE of Michael and in the MERCY of our Magisterial Son. Whether or not you recognize it, you are all participating in this mission of mercy. You are all being groomed and prepared. It really does not matter when this mission actually materializes on the earth plane, for it has materialized (you might say) within your hearts, and that is where it begins!

My dear brothers and sisters, we are assisting you in ways you still may not perceive. We truly do understand that. We invite you to come to us in any moment of the day when you feel the need to be with us in those higher realms that you may engage your thoughts in playful creativity with us and bring back into your lives—your earth lives—something to truly enjoy and deepen your satisfaction in being an evolving child of the Father’s grand, great, and glorious plan of life. Celebrate your lives, celebrate the lives of others, and may you truly live in love and deepen your desires to serve. I wish you the joys of the New Year and send the love that we have for you into your hearts. Good afternoon.
