Nazism was perceived indeed as the ultimate evil, represented by Adolf Hitler and enforced by barbarians such as Heinrich Himmler. Other world powers at first perceived with horror the daily atrocities committed by the SS against civilians and especially against the Jews. The young and the elderly, without distinction, were sent to gas chambers in concentration camps or simply executed wherever and whenever they were found.

With the entrance of America in the war on the side of England, France and the Soviet Union, we saw our first hope of salvation against Himmler and his monsters. We knew that at some point, the horrors would end, but we just did not know exactly when as there was no way of obtaining any news from the outside, except for those cases when we had the opportunity to talk with people recently captured. At long last, the word started to get "leaked" that the allies were close and the nervous camp SS garrison was making plans on what to do about it; whether to fight or flee.

One good day salvation came in the form of US troops, and the abuse, injustices and horrors perpetrated against us finally ended. The times that you live know, with so much injustice and abuse being watched on live TV, without apparently not knowing how to put an end to it all, resembles our times in captivity when we didn't know when the horrors would end. Nevertheless, in the background there were important events transpiring that would eventually bring about our liberation, such as the invasions of Italy, then those of southern France and Normandy.

The Universal Father is working "behind the scenes", if you will, to rid Urantia of sin and iniquity once and for all, even when you might not be fully aware that this is actually happening.

Many heads of government now feel as confident of their final domination over the oppressed and abused masses of the world, just like Hitler did in the summer of 1944 before the invasion of Normandy took place, but a year later, his reign of horror was already over.

The moral of the story here is that, no matter how long it takes to defeat it, evil will be unequivocally and totally defeated. It is just a matter to have faith, endure and help bring about the end of evil on Urantia. The liberation of the oppressed on Urantia will come without any doubt one good day, not to be repeated ever again. Let the oppressors feel that they are in control and pretend all they want, their end will come at the appropriate time. "Shalom".
