Thought Adjuster: “It is okay to take time out. At times, your physical body is dealing with health challenges, and various pain bodies and discomforts clamor for your attention. Your priority should then be to nurse yourself back to physical wellness so that you can eventually safely disengage yourself from your physical needs and reconnect with the other facets of your life experience.

“Be patient with your recovery. If your physical body does not feel quite right, give it the love and care that it is requiring as ignoring its symptoms would only lead to aggravate them.

“I look at the whole of you and I wish for you to live in a body that serves you well. As you regain your physical strength, your spirit will be strengthened as well, and you will eventually be back to an optimal mode of functioning.

“If your body is crying for attention, give it to it and soon it will be appeased and will resume its mode of higher service. Respect your body as it is your loyal servant through this physical embodiment.”
