The records at the Library of Congress (LOC) were updated in March of 2017 to reflect Pennsylvania starting with a P and not an R in reference to the 1754 JOIN, or DIE political cartoon published in the Pennsylvania Gazette. The LOC link on your website shows the correct letter of P. Your website indicates an R.
