These [[energy]] conditions of [[space]] are germane to the [[essential]] [[environment]] of life [[establishment]], but they are not [[effective]] in the subsequent [[modification]] of the [[inheritance]] [[factors]] of the [[germ plasm]] as are some of the longer [[rays]] of radiant [[energy]].
