The [[human]] [[race]] had begun, and with this new [[evolution]] there appeared the [[instinct]] properly to care for the increasingly enfeebled infants which would characterize the [[progressive]] [[development]] of [[mind]] of the [[intellectual]] order as [[contrasted]] with the more [[purely]] [[animal]] type.
