Thought Adjuster: “[[Gratitude]] is one of the most effective ways to raise the level of your [[thoughts]]. Sometimes you can find yourself crushed under the weight of your lowest thoughts – [[fears]], anxieties, false needs, etc. When you take some time to observe all the things you possess without effort you gain a new [[perspective]] about your life and your current situation.

Consider for a [[moment]], what did you do to avoid dying while you slept last night? How much effort did you invest into making sure you were breathing all night long? How much did you pay for the air you [[breathe]] or the sun that warms you? None of these things that are [[necessary]] for your life have been obtained by your efforts. Normally you don’t worry about these things during your daily life. You don’t spend your days in agony [[thinking]] about what would happen if the sun disappears from the sky. You assume and take for granted that it will always be there.

This is [[faith]]. Even those who claim to not have any religious or [[spiritual]] inclinations possess enough faith to [[hope]] that they will wake up again each morning. However, a lot of [[human being]]s have died in their [[sleep]], so how can people be so sure they will wake up? It is thanks to their [[experience]] of many years, going to bed and awakening the next [[morning]] that they have become accustomed to it and they don’t make a big fuss about it.

Thus, is [[faith]] in the care of [[the Father]]. In the beginning mortals believe that they have to earn [[divine]] [[love]], that some “[[sacrifice]]” is required, that a price needs to be paid so that the Father starts accepting us as His children. A true spiritual experience, in conjunction with a perceptive [[mind]], can produce the experience of always being under the care of the Father and realizing that we possess everything we really need just by birthright. Then this incipient faith becomes stronger and more [[mature]] until the time it is no longer necessary because it is replaced by the [[certainty]] of those who accept the [[fact]] that they are the sons and daughters of [[God]], with the potential for [[eternal]] life.”
