If you study the physiology of the body, you will notice that everything in the body is part of physical Earth. The minerals, the salt water in your blood. All these are part of the physical environment in which you live. You are part of Mother Earth and, of the Universe.

To stand aside of self, is meditation. Meditation is peace of mind, stillness. It does not mean you have to sit with crossed legs and concentrate on meditation. It can be accomplished during your work day, and should be.
