Q: Well, I noticed the Sunday I went with Cheryl for this [[excommunication]], that one man was full of [[love]] and tried to [[understand]], one man was sitting back and [[taking]] it all in trying to [[understand]] the [[home]] situation. The bishop and I think it was his first [[counselor]] was chomping at the bit to [[literally]] destroy her; and what I got out of it was that there was no [[love]], no [[understanding]], nothing. If you do not follow the rules, and to me that bishop I felt like he has the [[God]] of the [[old testament]], [[wrathful]] and vindictive. I [[thought]] there's just no way that I can handle this anymore. I wanted to say many other things, but I did not. I was a [[good]] girl, which was out of [[character]] for me. I don't want theme burned into my kids that [[God]] is [[wrathful]], that He's vengeful, that He's there to punish you. I just don't want that anymore.
