WELMEK: Greetings to all of you gathered here today. I am Welmek. It is an honor and a pleasure for all of us to witness this occasion. We have looked forward to this day for many weeks now. We were not able to tell you all that we wished to happen, for we were not sure ourselves of exactly how it would be.

As we have told you, our Creator has said that you will see many things yet on this world. It requires much effort on our part to make these things so. Machiventa has said to many of you that within a short time there would be experiments, and indeed, you will now have an opportunity to witness one.
