WELMEK: Greetings to all of you gathered here today. I am Welmek. It is an honor and a pleasure for all of us to witness this occasion. We have looked forward to this day for many weeks now. We were not able to tell you all that we wished to happen, for we were not sure ourselves of exactly how it would be.

I thank all of you who have come from far away to share in this day. Before I ask the other teachers gathered to say a few words, I wish to extend my love to each of you. I have taken note of all gathered and am aware of your desires to help in Michael's mission. Many of you are aware that in time you will be assigned specific duties. Look forward to this time, for I tell you this afternoon, it is not far away. There is much happening, and we as your teachers are ready to initiate the second phase for most of the groups now in existence.
