We have much enjoyed listening to your conversations this evening. You are indeed, headed in the right direction. There will be times when all of you will struggle with parts of yourselves, wondering if in talking about these struggles,it will help, or in fact, is it possible it will make your struggle even more difficult. Recognizing the insecurities that all humans wrestle with, is in fact, part of the battle won. As you continue working together, much that you are currently unfamiliar with, within yourselves, will become increasingly more clear. It was mentioned this evening that these things that you have within, are prompted or pushed to the surface by your helpers who are so much a part of your lives, though on most levels, you know it not, was quite true. We offer you much help and can offer you even more help now, in this time. Open yourselves, if it is your desire to receive this help, increasingly, as you begin to do this work. Much that was not available to you before, will become increasingly more available in the future.

Helen:  I find it just a little frightening to bond with somebody is a supernal! But you've never said anything yet that I didn't wholeheartedly buy into, so I'm quieting my fears and being patient.
