Lesson

A good morning to you, child! Another day has begun. It is an opportunity for growth, for courage to continue on your path, and to stretch the mind in different directions, so it becomes pliable.

It is the same with the body, like that of a dog or a cat. Stretch your body in all directions, very gently, and feel the ‘limberness,’ the aliveness in all the tissues. It creates new vitality when you do it mindfully, with intent and focus, whilst paying attention to the breath.

The same goes for the mind. Sort out old belief systems, as they come up. See if they still fit into the person you are becoming, or let them flow into nothingness.

Flexibility of mind is also an exercise by your cultivating openness, an examination of attitudes. Develop a listening ear with no judgments attached. The day abounds with new opportunities, enjoy the journey.

Live from the truth of your being. Stand in the truth of your being. And go forth to be the best you can be.

You are supported.
