THOROAH: A little breathless after that. It was [[beautiful]]. I just wanted to let you know that, and I had to think back this past week, my getting knocked down with whatever one of the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flu flu] bugs that might be going around, and I had [[expressed]] this morning to a friend that it had been a [[blessing]], and I think because of what you just said, that it's even more of a blessing. It slowed me down a little bit. Everything has been geared into a near-[[focus]], sort of sensing of things. It's trying to get me to think closer to [[home]]; I know it's been a [[problem]], and for about a week that's been going around and around and around in my life in some fashion. It keeps showing up.

Seems like everything I'm [[touching]] gets me right back down to basics and that was geared right for that. I think maybe I had to get sick in order to see the lesson. So it is a [[blessing]].

Even to succumb to a flu is a holiday from a [[consciousness]] level that gives your system an opportunity to catch up with itself. It is again a part of the [[wonder]] and [[mystery]] of [[creation]], to be able to observe how this spiritual [[choreography]] allows itself to be interwoven with many levels of [[reality]].
