Michael:  My children, I [[embrace]] the [[discussion]] of [[healing]] from [[trauma]] in the [[past]]. Each of you has an [[experience]] that was unfinished. Each of you may still have a residual [[negative]] energy held in the physical [[body]]. This energy has the ability to be released, to clear space for a [[positive]] energy. Many times the physical actions of [[grieving]] may open the [[path]] for clearing to begin. During times of [[stress]] and [[fear]] the natural body reaction is to hold [[breath]]. This in itself forms a block to normal cellular functions. When portions of the body are in "lockdown" the breath [[becomes]] the key that enables release. [[Mother Spirit|Mother]] and I are always eager to join you in the [[process]] of clearing [[blockages]] that may reduce your [[access]] to spirit. At your request we will gladly hold you in spirit as you release the experience and process it with new [[insight]]. Many times when trauma occurs, this lockdown reaction heals up the trauma. As your Father, I have the [[tools]] and experience to help you through the process of opening trauma, bringing [[light]] and healing action. In the process we join together to lift you to a new level in spirit. We join together to bring light to you so that you are able to [[share]] your light with the world.
