Opening

Aaron: Dear friends, greetings. We are here tonight as a collective group of teachers. I am Aaron, but I present with Daniel, Aurelia, Lynda, and others. We are festive, recognizing this time where the world celebrates the nativity of our Creator. The specific and actual details of his birth and timing are not relevant to the discourse, for it is not the date that is of concern, but the practice of being mindful of Michael, and more people are being mindful at this time of year than at any other time. This is what brings the feelings of festivity within us as we join with you to recognize and honor our Creator even as we seek to daily do this in the myriad ways that our unique personalities present.

Lesson

If there is to be a watchword for you to consider at this time of year, it would be relative to the recognition of the truth of the nature of humans when they perceive a closeness with their Creator, when they step aside from the stress, anxiety and tensions of the season that have been foisted upon them commercially and societally with the various expectations. This sense of closeness produces an opening in their hearts and minds to higher truth, to what really matters, the values of love, of kindness, of giving and receiving, of forgiving and letting go and replacing that with the sense of connection and desire for beauty. So the watchword is opportunity, for the children of God have great opportunity during this season to deepen understanding, yes, with words, but so often it occurs through actions... which can lead to words.

So look for the opportunities. Recognize the possibilities for the transference of spiritual energy in people who may not normally be in a place, due to the various stressors in their lives, to accept it. But these energy expansions sometimes hold and carry beyond the season to manifest further as one softens their hardened exterior and desires to be more present and accepting in their lives going forward. So we encourage you to look for the opportunities to both say something, to serve, to do things that might not even bring attention to yourselves, but would touch another’s soul and provide hope. Of course, this is not limited to the season, but the opportunities are enhanced because of it.

Just a few thoughts worth considering from us as you go forward in the days to come. I step back and allow another to speak. Thank you for hearing me.

Dear fellow children of agondonter status, I am Aurelia, another agondonter who has come through a rebellion planet to move forward in my morontia career and return to your world to be of service in whatever way possible. I am glad to be able to share with you and to respond to any thoughts or questions you might have this evening.

Dialogue

Q: It’s nice to meet you. I don’t think I have been in a meeting where you have spoken before. I did not realize you were from a rebellion planet and had agondonter status. It means a lot, because you know what it is like to, first, struggle with faith and then even after you get that, to see brothers and sisters hurting because they don’t know God. Wanting to bring God to people who don’t want to talk about God because they’re so angry about the planetary situation. So clearly we have to show them love, not tell them. Somehow that triggered those thoughts anyway. It’s nice to meet you.

Aurelia: Thank you. It is good to recognize your energy as well. In some ways this task is easier for me than it is for some of my brothers and sisters who have not had the experience of being involved in rebellion and yet it still touches me deeply inside to witness these difficulties you allude to that so many face. I would say a definite core part of my being yearns for mortals to recognize the beauty that is waiting for us and as such, I hope to dedicate my time here to bringing forth ideas and understanding that can provide a platform, perhaps a bridge that can be crossed, to recognize a more welcoming future, a more bright and sunny potentiality that awaits each of us. The realities you face should not be diminished and made light of by simply stating that all will be good in due time. The questions arise for us as to how to bring you to that time and place where the realities are more welcoming and inviting your participation outside of the realms of evil and in the realms of the beauty and love that exist when there is no separation. I look forward to participating with this corps of teachers for I am assigned with this regional grouping and as such may visit from time to time in different human collectives.

Q: How long have you been on Urantia and how long have you been serving with the regional grouping?

Aurelia: This regional grouping is my primary assignment on your world and you might be surprised to know that I have been present for several years, but it has only been recently that I transitioned from observer counsel to the level of participating teacher/guide.

Q: I did not get your name.

It is Aurelia.

Q: Thank you. I know names are not important but they are to me. You being here is very encouraging because someone who has gone through and experienced a rebellion planet can surely understand more the issues we face. I welcome you and encourage you to let me know what I can do to go in the right direction in a world that is absolutely crazy, as ours is. There’s war, hatred… I know my job is to love and serve, but sometimes that’s even hard to do. So thank you for being here and knowing who we are. Welcome and please come again.

Aurelia: You see, this is what amazes me about your world, that in the face of such strife and difficulty there are souls such as you who have found a place of beauty and kindness and truth to a significant degree, which allows you to manifest in your environment and make forays into the world to shed light on various ideas worth considering. I, although being part of a rebellion world, would say the degree of our rebellion was mild compared to Urantia’s and so, although my exercise of faith is similar, the level of distortion was not so rampant in so many systems and cultures, as it is here. So when I witness you each acting as if you can be the light in the darkness it still amazes me, and that you don’t simply do it sporadically, but can consistently find some motivation to intend goodness and intend to make the lives of others lighter and more livable, brighter. This is something that truly touches me about this mission I have the fortune of becoming a part of. There really is beauty to be had on your world, and you, my friends, despite whatever you might think of as your failings, as your weaknesses, you truly are manifesters of this light. Every time you find the courage to do so it is a blessing and it grows. You can see the luminosity of your souls becoming brighter over time. Trust this. It is happening and I am glad to be a part of it.

Aurelia: My friends, I would take this time to thank you for being here and allowing us to share with you in this prelude to the coming days. As Aaron conveyed, and as was synthesized by each of us in this corps, look for the opportunities. Know the beauty that is with you and recognize this can make the lives of others lighter and more cognizant of the possibilities for goodness and love and peace to exist. We are present, so at any time you would desire to feel our connection with you, open up. We will be there. But even as we wait in the wings we will enjoy our time celebrating this festive season just as you will in your own ways. Good evening.
