The Interlibrary Loan Service at the University of the South provides access to materials not held by duPont Library but which are held by other libraries in the United States. Materials requested should be for class use and individual research. While some recreational materials are accepted, users are encouraged to use public library facilities for such materials.

ILLiad is duPont library's web-based Interlibrary Loan (ILL) management system. Users are able to track the progress of all their ILL requests. Access to all requests made by the user via Illiad is possible once the user has registered with the system, and the entire history of any request is retained. Further information on the use of ILLiad follows under various headings on the main ILLia ILLiad page.
