The [[Nordan Symposia]] is inspired by the human capacity demonstrated so well in [[Nordan]], the [[Kenite]] who lived in the 5th millennia B.C.E.[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Era] who, with his "band of earnest students"[http://mercy.urantia.org/cgi-bin/webglimpse/mfs/usr/local/www/data/papers?link=http://mercy.urantia.org/papers/paper93.html&file=/usr/local/www/data/papers/paper93.html&line=60#mfs] residing at [[Salem]] under the tutelage of [[Melchizedek]], posed such brilliant questions as to earn an expanded [[revelation]] of [[truth]] that transcended the time in which they lived.

Such an inquiry celebrates the limitless range of [[fact]], [[meaning]], and [[value]] available to us whose exploration is the joy of everyone regardless of religion, race, gender, nationality, or political affiliation.

Likewise, this [[Symposia]] is dedicated to advancing the study of [[humanity]][http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humanities] that is inseparable from the discovery of our indwelling [[divinity]]. Such an [[inquiry]] celebrates the limitless range of [[fact]], [[meaning]], and [[value]] available to us whose exploration is a supreme joy for everyone regardless of religion, race, gender, nationality, or political affiliation.

One material result of our shared discovery in this [[Symposia]] is the ''[[Nordan Corpora]]''. This is composed by a Primary and Secondary Corpus derived from the work conducted within [[The Daynal Scriptorium]] [http://www.nordan.daynal.org/forum/] that is a workspace serving as a virtual counterpart to the [[dialogue]] transpiring beyond any observable range as well as the more familiar ways of everyday 'matter of fact'. Otherwise, the [[Primary Corpus]] contains work attributed to [[divine]] sources while the [[Secondary Corpus]] consists of work attributed to [[human]] sources.

Indeed, it is the expanding [[consciousness]] of the evolving union of [[humanity]] and [[divinity]] that is the primary objective of this endeavor knowing that as we engage in sincere and sustained inquiry, an expanded [[revelation]] of [[truth]] unfolds. No doubt, there will ensue the collaborative work whose elements may someday be found in either the Primary or Secondary [[Corpora]].
