While at times you are disappointed with your discipline of practicing stillness, I assure you that you are looked upon with favor for the fact that you are all more diligently pursuing the presentation of the stillness, of constant devotion to God, and ever and always seeking to refine and improve your ability to live in alignment with truth, to become ever more good in your nature, to radiate that spiritual beauty that will minister to the souls of all in your life. This I perceive to be even more important than an interval of time of meditation, for when you do -- as you will -- enter into an experience of Paradise, it will be a fully encompassing experience of embrace. ==Energy==
The human mind has its techniques in which it learns to reconcile itself with the various things in mortal living. Plants respond to water and light, but these are only nutrients to produce what is really life-giving-that is energy, that is the source in which all things are brought to life. Love is a nutrient that stimulates energy within the mind that produces various chemicals which maintains balance. Love is life-giving. To love without expectation is to maintain a flow of divine energy that is unstoppable, always circulating, always producing.
