FYI, Bob has replied and confirmed your sense of proper attribution. Consequently, the change has been implemented, and I will endeavor to make all the changes he has requested regarding any reference to his legal name. This is the kind of collaboration that requires teamwork, something ironically lacking in what is billed as TeaM. Nevertheless, sharing preferences is a beginning toward building a record that truly represents those whose work is represented.
