Thought Adjuster: “Do not let the hustle of daily life engulf you, so you might forget the most important thing of your time on [[Earth]]: learn, [[grow]], renew and change.
“Every day you have a new [[opportunity]] to become a better you. Every day you can watch yourself and [[decide]] which area or areas in your life are not helping in this [[process]] to be the best person you can be. And only you can renew these areas, and [[transform]] them into opportunities to change and evolve.
“How many times a day do you [[communicate]] with Me? How many times in your daily walk do you [[smile]] at a stranger? How many times in your fast and complex life do you tell a person that you [[love]] him or her? How many times do you stop to [[listen]] to someone in need of [[comfort]]?
“Remember that at the end of your journey on Earth you cannot take with you the material things you have acquired. All those things will remain on Earth. You cannot even bring your [[body]]. You can only take with you the [[evolution]] of your [[being]]: what you learned, what you grew, what you renewed, what you transformed.
“Take a deep [[breath]] and realize that all that is of the earth will end; [[everything]] happens, changes, transforms. But your growth and evolution, these stay with you until [[eternity]]. Then allot them the importance they deserve and day by day become a more real version of you: more spiritual, more authentic, more liberated, happier, and much more at peace.
“So be it!”
