I thank you for your question of how to turn things around because it acknowledges that you are capable of sensing that things are going in the wrong direction and you are getting unhealthy and weaker. Maybe things are--as you say--falling apart. Maybe you’ve lost some dear friend and can’t seem to get out of the depression that’s settled over you.
