Thought Adjuster: “Let your walk be [[guided]] by [[Spirit]]. Sometimes it seems complicated to find the [[path]] that leads to Me. You have several roads ahead and you do not know which one to [[choose]]. The answer is always within you, because I AM within you.
“[[Listen]] to your heart. The signs for you to know that you are taking the right path are set out very clearly.
“If your [[decisions]] are making you feel uncertain, anguished, sad or [[confused]], you may be deciding from the mind and not from the Spirit. If your decisions are making you feel peaceful and tranquil, if you can [[breathe]] deeply and [[trust]] in the decisions, then you are deciding from the Spirit.
“Listen and watch these signs in yourself. If something you do today is causing you restlessness and [[doubt]], then stop, breathe deeply and think about how you would [[feel]] if choosing another path. Be very [[honest]] with yourself to discover the path that generates more peace.

“So do not let anything disturb your peace. That is the answer. That is the way. And I will be with you at every step of your journey. You just have to learn to listen. Listening to Me will become easier for you when you decide to silence your mind and hear your heart, for I am always there since I dwell in you.”
