“[God-knowing mortals] hold in their personal [[experience]] the only positive [[proof]] of the [[existence]] of the living [[God]] which one [[human being]] can offer to another. The existence of God is utterly beyond all possibility of demonstration except for the contact between the [[God-consciousness]] of the human mind and the God-[[presence]] of the [[Thought Adjuster]] that indwells the mortal intellect and is bestowed upon man as the free gift of the [[Universal Father]].” ([[1:2|B, 1:2.8]])
Thought Adjuster: “How will those of you, determined to set sail toward the holy [[promised land]], will go about it? Their quest most certainly will not turn out to be a wild goose chase, as the Father is [[omnipresent]] — you live within Him, and a Fragment of Himself dwells within you. Yet, He eludes the boundaries of your physical [[senses]], and the skeptics talk themselves out of engaging on this most meaningful quest — depriving themselves of the most validating proof obtained through irrefutable personal experience.
A scientist or a philosopher first articulates a question relevant to one of the manifold [[mysteries]] of life. Then they form [[theories]] and reach [[enlightening]] conclusions through the painstaking [[process]] of [[experiment]]al hits and misses. Stings of failures and celebratory flashes of [[insight]] guide them as they muddle along.
God is a [[personality]] — as you are. You can know of him through his awe-[[inspiring]] works. From the cosmic law of [[cause and effect]], you can imply that He does not make any [[decision]] lightly, as each one of them is of [[eternal]] import. You can also [[listen]] to the enthralling accounts of those who had life-changing encounters with the [[Divine]] — or members of his family of light.
Mere [[storytelling]] will not [[satisfy]] your [[soul]]’s innate longings. However, if you identify the narrators as being no-nonsense personalities, you will give weight to their first-hand testimonies. They will become effective stimuli for you to engage in your [[quest]].
The Father made you in His image — which implies that you can relate to Him personality-to-Personality. There will be [[love]] at the first contact when your soul's tinder is set afire by His blazing [[Heart]].
Love is the gateway, as God IS love. Cater to the [[growth]] of your emotional heart by infusing it with [[empathy]], [[compassion]], and a caring approach toward all-that-is. Spend quality time with the One who is so eager to connect with you [[intimately]] to experience His [[creation]] through you. You and only you can provide Him with original [[feedback]] through the filter of the designer personality He infused you with.”
