So yes, I would say Rebecca transmitted Ham, but not from Woods Cross after 1992.  And Nina did not transmit from Woods Cross for an additional two years, as the group wrestled to find a T/R who would meet everyone's expectations.  They rejected several before Nina was prompted to do it, and she has served ever since.
