These [[qualities]] of being are realized effectively through lightheartedness and [[humor]], through [[laughter]], through [[love]]. As we have all repeatedly advised, the phrase, 'be of good [[cheer]]', an [[admonition]] to [[radiate]] your [[joy]], is a result of your beingness, not a job that you must feel you must do.
