My children, this is your Mother Nebadonia. As you increasingly open yourselves to Spirit, know that you will experience many changes in mind and body. The Spirit quickens…changes the pace of life, and you will notice an excitation in your being that is effervescent and lively. Open to this, littles ones. It is the call of the Spirit beckoning you to rest and repattern, rejuvenate and regenerate. My breath of life within you is that quickening.
Resting in this energy takes focus and trust. You are opening to a greater reality than you have known, and there is a natural resistance in your body that thwarts your complete alignment within SPIRIT, within LOVE. Simply allow your thoughts to gravitate to this idea of resting in the higher frequencies of ME. Become familiar with my voice within and resting in the sound of my love. Keep focused on this as you go about your day, and the energies of SPIRIT will grow within and change you from the inside out.
Soak in the SPIRIT, my beloveds. Soak in ME. I am your Mother and I bathe you in beauty and light, purity and sanctity. You are precious to me and I shower my blessings upon you as my child. Receive now and know deep in your cells who you truly are!
