Hi rob & all,
 +
The addition of a caution flag sounds fine for you to add as editor/archivist on material for which any significant concerns exist. That way such posts still exists but are not added to the archival collection unreservedly. The inclusion of noted reservations helps suggest to current or future readers that some amount of discretion re: the potential fallibility of T/R'd material is generally acknowledged up front, identifies those posts that may seem least credible, and prompts the reader to use their personal discretion, --all of which may increase the overall credibility of those posts of most clear value.

Hello Dave -

Many thanks for your well seasoned thoughts! You have expressed my intentions very well, and I trust that current or future readers will appreciate the reluctance with which I utilize these ‘flags’ even while respecting that there exists limits to tolerance in every place and time. Allowing that limit to be redrawn by including questionable material in the discussion page if not in the article page invites dialogue rather than debate. The former having a center with no sides while the latter features two opposing sides.
