But it is difficult sifting through [[everything]] that you are bombarded with. This person says this and that person says that, and this [[book]] says something and that book says something else. You [[read]] or hear a [[lecture]] or you take what is true to you and leave the rest. You take what is [[good]] for your [[spirit growth]], what [[inspires]] you, what gives you [[joy]].
