Draw that in through your leg, through your hip, up your right side, up through your [[brain]] to your [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pituitary_gland pituitary gland] that is located in the center of your [[brain]], just a little bit above your eyes, and then draw it down through the left side and out of your left foot, and send that over to your neighbor to your left.
